Tavi Castro, entrepreneur, engineer, producer, designer, and body builder has utilized Instagram in more ways than one. At age 25 he has gained more than 781,000 followers and promoted his business, Body Engineers, to become global through the use of social media. He is a personal trainer dedicated to fitness and has made himself and his training available to many through the use of Instagram. By uploading photos of himself, his outfits, his workouts, and his lifestyle, he has become one of the most famous fitness men on Instagram. 


He has utilized Instagram to promote his brand of workout and street clothing by linking the Body Engineers website to his profile and by uploading photos of him and his girlfriend wearing the clothing. His brand is essentially European; however, he hopes to become global and reach out to the US and other countries to increase sales and market share.

Instagram has become an extremely popular social media site that has generated much business for the fitness industry over the last few years. By simply uploading photos on a constant basis related to fitness, almost anyone can gain followers who are in search of motivation, education, or who just share the same lifestyle. This is true for one personal trainer named Kayla Itsines who lives in Adelaide, Australia. At only 24 years old, she has become an Instagram sensation, reaching out to girls from all over the world with her Bikini Body Training Guides. Instagram has allowed her to become a global image for a fit, healthy, and strong female fitness trainer.

Kayla began her fitness career by completing a personal training course at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2008 and continuing by taking a "women's only" personal training job at an organization in Australia. She began to do her own research to help women achieve a "bikini body confidence" in an effective and efficient manner that could show results in less than 12 weeks. Kayla has successfully made herself a fitness icon that promotes healthy mental and physical living as well as motivating women of all ages to get up and workout at least 30 minutes a day while providing the information necessary to make healthy and easy nutrition choices. Instagram has made it possible for Kayla to globalize herself and her message all while creating a fun and creative profile for individuals to browse and educate themselves about her way of seeing fitness.
